Loot:
We use an officer loot council and try to distribute loot as fair as possible. The factors included on who gets what item include:
What will help progression the most?
How has the persons performance been lately?
How has the persons attendance been lately?
How much loot has this person got compared to others?
Usually though everyone is around the same caliber of player and we just go for even item distribution.
